I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop a social media strategy to research the market, identify target customers, access channels, and understand the company’s products and services.
- Responsible for working closely in the same marketing department on content and managing the company’s social media channels: facebook fanpage, instagram, youtube, website.
- Promote company image to create coverage on Internet and Social Media media.
- Update and apply new knowledge and trends about Social Media marketing
- Communicate and interact with target customers on social media channels daily.
- Organize, support and navigate, implement marketing events (entertainment, product promotion ..), online
event (contest, game, give away, …) for customers. - Make periodic reports to superiors on the effectiveness of social channels.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to manage time
- Have experience working in a similar position
- Good social communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Creativity, dynamism, enthusiasm in work
- Understand marketing tools, channel system
- Experience in using and managing digital media platforms (Ps, Ai, Lr, ..)
