SALE EXECUTIVE

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Understand the information of the products/services that the company provides.
  • Actively seek out potential customers through telesales calls, relations and media
  • Collecting updated customer information into the data; Customer Information Management
  • Receiving calls from customers; capture customer needs; consulting and answering questions; negotiate/close orders, handling customer complaints
  • Monitor, manage and report work results to superiors; Ensure committed sales targets.
  • Participate in other team tasks as assigned by the direct manager
  • Responsible for ensuring KPI’s for themselves and the department

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in sales/consultation or telesales
  • Ability to express, inspiring voice, not lisp, stutter, regional
  • Agile, proactive, able to withstand pressure
  • Good use of MS Office office software
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate customer needs.
  • Good sales, communication and negotiation skills, enthusiasm in work.
  • Skills in managing, organizing and prioritizing work; Manage relationships and be open to feedback return.
