I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand the information of the products/services that the company provides.
- Actively seek out potential customers through telesales calls, relations and media
- Collecting updated customer information into the data; Customer Information Management
- Receiving calls from customers; capture customer needs; consulting and answering questions; negotiate/close orders, handling customer complaints
- Monitor, manage and report work results to superiors; Ensure committed sales targets.
- Participate in other team tasks as assigned by the direct manager
- Responsible for ensuring KPI’s for themselves and the department
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in sales/consultation or telesales
- Ability to express, inspiring voice, not lisp, stutter, regional
- Agile, proactive, able to withstand pressure
- Good use of MS Office office software
- Ability to analyze and evaluate customer needs.
- Good sales, communication and negotiation skills, enthusiasm in work.
- Skills in managing, organizing and prioritizing work; Manage relationships and be open to feedback return.
