HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Arrange and manage work for the staff in the office.
  • Planning recruitment
  • Supervising, drafting, and storing documents for the company.
  • Arrange and hand over the work process to employees
  • Manage, arrange a meeting time, record opinions and directives of the board of directors in meetings.
  • Monitor employee issues related to employee motivation and morale performance.
  • Manage salary and bonus, insurance regime, company’s regulations, and pay employees on time.
  • Participating in the development and monitoring of the implementation of the management system, evaluating KPIs in departments and units under regulations
  • Maintain and develop corporate culture, healthy and happy working environment.
  • Perform other related tasks under the direction of the Head of Human Resources

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Management and planning skills
  • Agile, good communication, careful, hard-working, eager to learn, dynamic, creative, honest and pleasant, extroverted personality
  • Have a high sense of responsibility, work in a team, and independently
  • Understanding of Labor Law, insurance, salary and bonus regulations, leave is a mandatory requirement
  • Good use of MS Office office software
  • Enthusiasm in work.
  • Manage relationships and be open to feedback.
