CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage customer service department.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally, provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Receive or cancel orders for goods and services and obtain details of customer complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions; keep detailed records of complaints, inquiries and suggestions, order processing.
  • Administrative support for members of the customer care department according to instructions.
  • Establish and monitor standards for customer service based on comprehensive, recognized standards.
  • Identify important tasks and prioritize them to check the level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruiting and training new employees.
  • Connect with various departments and teams involved in customer support, and order processing.
  • Propose and approve cost reduction strategies.
  • Encourage and motivate employees to continue providing quality customer care.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, problem-solving, quickly handling customer complaints
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, handle stress well, listen and pay attention to detail.
  • Having an easy-to-listen and clear voice, knowing foreign languages is a strength, being open-minded and enthusiastic.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer care support software.
  • Has flexibility and the ability to perform multiple functions simultaneously efficiently.
