BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Researching the market, consumer trends, and competitors; coming up with a strategy to attract more customers and agents.
  • Organize seminars, talks, brand activities to connect with customers/agents.
  •  Persuading and negotiating with customers, expanding selling points.
  • Follow up and plan agent development.
  • Follow up with customers on the media.
  • Work with other departments to ensure the progress of providing services and products to customers.
  •  Review customer feedback and reviews about products and services to make necessary improvements.
  • Report to management levels on KPIs, OKRs every week, every month.
  • Provide business status and performance and have appropriate adjustment solutions

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Market analysis research.
  • Good use of management software to support management such as Excel, Word
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate customer needs.
  • Proficient in communication/negotiation skills, planning, conflict/risk management, flexible problem-solving, able to withstand high pressure at work
  • Know the business field, essential indicators to evaluate business performance
