I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand the information of the company’s products/services.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
- Answering and consulting customer inquiries.
- Inventory and ensure that goods are always available to customers.
- Introduce discounts and promotions to customers.
- Carry out after-sales activities to maintain relationships with customers.
- Always update new products/services, report quarterly and yearly sales.
- Participate in other team tasks as assigned by the direct manager
- Responsible for ensuring KPI’s for themselves and the department
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in sales / consulting, good negotiation.
- Proficient in communication/negotiation, planning, conflict/risk management, and problem-solving skills; Flexible, able to work under high pressure
- Good use of MS Office office software
- Ability to analyze and evaluate customer needs.
- Enthusiasm in work.
- Management and organization skills; Manage relationships and be open to feedback.
