SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Working with suppliers to select products in demand; Negotiate and manage contracts with houses supply.
  • Building and managing the information system of supply partners that have been cooperating with the Company.
  • Expand the search for new partners, build a system of potential partners, reduce costs for the company to ensure transparency and openness.
  • Ensure the operation according to the correct process, in accordance with the budget.
  • Planning production/getting goods from suppliers to distribution centers & retailers.
  • Track shipments & inventory levels using PC software.
  • Forecasting & pre-planned inventory.
  • Train & manage supply chain staff.
  • Manage inventory risk and ensure that contingency plans meet actual requirements
  • Ensure bill of materials (BOM) integrity and inventory accuracy at all times the point
  • Ensure relevant daily/weekly/monthly reports on production efficiency, inventory status, etc. Always available upon request
  • Evaluate performance of supply chain management department according to monthly/annual KPI and make training plan develop staff capacity.
  • Build, manage and develop relationships with partners and suppliers. Make periodic reports with superiors

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Foreign language: Fluent in English
  • Office IT: Proficient in W, E, P
  • Have experience in Procurement – Supply – Import-Export
  • At least 02 years of experience in the position of Head/Deputy Head of Purchasing Department at companies/enterprises
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the technology and retail sectors.
  • Proficient in skills of communication/negotiation, planning, team management, conflict/risk management, financial/quality management, training, coaching, decision making, working under pressure high at work
